The staff and host were incredibly friendly and excellent. the breakfast offered a wonderful selection, including delicious pastries and yogurt. the location was tranquil and fantastic, just a short walk to Genting Casino. we explored several places in the center, which was about a 10-15 minute stroll from the hotel.

i had a relaxing double room with an absolutely superb view of the mountains. i had great bed, a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Liked how little the property was. The breakfast offered pastries and yoghourt. The location was very central, comfortable right next to the ski lifts. Further, it was close enough to bars, many attractions around and slope, restaurants and bars.

This hotel was impressively clean, featured a private bathroom, and was ideally situated near numerous attractions and the top restaurant in town.

Being right next to the ski lifts made it so easy to hit the slopes every day. the location was perfect, no hassle to get to the mountains or getting back at the end of the day. Although not spacious, the room was cozy, had a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. the service was satisfactory, but nothing stood out. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. the views of the mountains from the balcony were a plus.

The common areas like the dining room or lounge were rather small, which made it hard to socialize with other guests when everyone was inside.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was just next to the slope, which made it really convenient for skiing. We had a truly amazing stay at a charming chalet with breathtaking mountain views, cozy rooms, and delicious breakfast. The attentive and helpful staff made us feel right at home and provided excellent guidance for our hikes. The mix of modern and Tirolean styles added to the lovely ambiance. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely nothing.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and the location was perfect - close to ski lifts and lots of restaurants around. the breakfast had a lot of options and was really filling. the outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna were really nice after a long day on the slopes.

The rooms were quite small and overcrowded, which made it hard to move around. the staff was not very helpful or friendly.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the skiing slopes and bars. There were plenty of options for food and drinks. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The spa facilities were the best I have experienced in a hotel. The sauna was hot, and the whirlpool was relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with towels, and making sure we had a good time.

The New Year's Eve Dinner didn't meet our expectations. The food was just okay, nothing special.
